Not just jogging it but running it as fast as you can

  2. Of course. Any kind of running will improve stamina and fitness on the court. But good luck sprinting for a full mile unless your some kind of super track star...

    but after you are able to do one mile increase your distance to 1.25 miles by like quater miles

  4. You might exert yourself if you run for a mile straight.  Jogging a mile is tough.  Running a mile is near impossible.

    And 1 workout doesn't give you results.  Frequency is the most important of the workout (Frequency, Intensity, and Duration)

  5. Any exercise will improve your fitness on the basketball court.
