Would a 17 year old need parental consent for a lip piercing? (in the UK)?

Nope, legal age is 16. Plus most places don't even ask you for ID. Well, mine doesn't, lol. I've got my lip, eyebrow and navel all done and i'm 15. :'D my parents didn't let me, but you know. they couldn't exactly make me take them out so you know. Lol.

I don't think so. I think you can get it yourself after 16.

Nope, in the UK over the age of 16 means you can have any none genital piercing done without consent. You can have any non genital piercing done with parental consent 14 and over.
