Would a 19 inch width shortboard be able to do radicle maves like an 18 inch?

would a 19 inch shortboard in width be able do do great airs, cutbacks, speed, sharp turns, snap's, etc.

Yes, it will just aid you when it comes to paddling because it is wider

yes, but they tend to be a little on the thin side, so be careful--i broke one snapping on the inside section of a chest high wave.

The difference between a 18" wide board and a 19" board is pretty insignificant. The real difference would be noticeable with a wider tail width and wider nose width, which would affect the overall profile of the board.

Now, there might be a significant difference between a 20" wide board and an 18" wide board. But, depending on the design, length, thickness, nose and tail rocker, they might  both be able to perform RADICAL maneuvers.
