  1. No, Paintballs have more kenetic energy because of their size.


  2. spf?  You mean FPS?

    And if they were fired from the same distance, the paintball would probably hurt more.  The paintball has more momentum because it weighs much more (about 3 grams compared to .2 grams for a BB).
