  1. They all get about the same mileage depending on how far you twist the throttle.  The CBR and GSXR will accelerate a little faster than the ZZR because of the FI, but the mileage is going to be nearly the same.

  2. Fuel injection is a more precise method of fuel delivery, and injected bikes get better mileage than their carburated counterparts (of which the ZZR600 is one).

    I average about 45mpg on my '06 ZZR600, and I don't ride it slowly.  I could probably squeak a few more MPGs out of it, but then it wouldn't be fun.

  3. The ZZR600 is carbuerated.

    The GSXR600 and CBR600RR are fuel injected, and also posses way more power, technology, and emissions requirements. They are going to be slightly more fuel efficient. If you want fuel efficient get a 250 though.

    600cc= about 40mpg tops

    250cc=about 65mpg tops

  4. If you rode all three bike the same distance, the same throttle habits, same gas, on the same road, the ZZR would have better fuel economy but not enough too buy it over the others. We're talking maybe 2 to 5 miles more.
