I bet that the Cancer female does one better. I bet she falls absolutely head over heels in love with him until he pulls the detachment trick out and hurts her with it.  Of course, she won't stop loving him then either..she'll hold on thinking that if she just waits long enough and is patient enough and tries to be what it is he's looking for (a woman that can put up with him only talking to  and seeing her when it suits him and one that has to hide her feelings because they will scare him off) he will come around.  There will be plenty of tears and tantrums.  Problem is that he'll give her just enough to keep her interested and thinking that there might be something a little bit deeper. He won't understand her tears and will wonder why she can't just lighten up---they're only friends that make love, hold hands, and act like a couple whenever they're together after all....what is she having a fit for? He confides in her and then acts like she doesn't exist. He is warm, generous, sensitive, caring and a superb conversationalist---when he wants to be. Cancer wants all or nothing.  I would steer clear.

My mom's a Cancer and my stepdad's Aquarius. They've been together for 11 years now and are still happily married. They still flirt like they did when they first started dating and both are very affectionate with each other [gag]. If I didn't have to see them slapping each other's butts every time I went to visit it might seem a little cute ;oP Seriously though, their happiness together inspires me and gives me hope that I'll find the same thing one day. They're supposed to be incompatible but hey anything's possible. I'd say go for it! Good luck =o)

Sure, it may take time for them to appreciate the inner beauty of each other, but Aquarius has a flamboyant and exciting demeanor that bored Cancer just can't resist. Cancers love excitement as well, but more in the comforts of their own home. Aquarius will want to make radical changes in the world and try to save man kind. Cancer will fill up the cupboards with can food and cereal. They can compliment each other however, Cancer has some hidden talents when it comes to art and organization. This comes in handy when Aquarius schemes up another way to use mind altering drugs to paint the wall fuscia and lime green.

Hey Lori, Aquarius may give a little slap onthe behind once in a while. Them Cancers are too clingy at times almost like crazy glue. Give us a little breathing room for god's sake. Then, everything will be cool and stop whinning and crying for nothing. We aquarians hate this emotional stuff.
