Would a Crystal Beast Deck be good in a Yu-Gi-Oh Tournament?

My goal of the day: ask 5 questions on Answers (accomplished) <sorry couldn't resist> anyway, I'm looking into a Crystal Beast deck and was wondering if it would be a good deck to be used in a Tournament if I was aiming to go to the higher rankings at some point with a Crystal Beast Deck.

The cbs are really deceiving because they make them look so good but when  use them they are less then steller.To get higher rankings try

Nah its too slow in this fomat. You can try but that will prolly fail.

They Gadgets its cheap and is a good anti-meta deck.
