I would like to be a Rn But I am already on my way to getting my BBA. If I completed myBachelors and then became a RN would I be able to earn a substantial amount more than a standard Rn. Would I have a better chance at getting promoted?

  1. If you work as an RN, you'd get a normal RN salary.  As for getting promoted, a BSN or master's in nursing would probably give you a better chance.  If you want to run a contract agency or something like that, the BBA could be good.

  2. Your other degree won't have any effect on your salary for being a regular Staff RN, but it can open doors for other Healthcare Administrative/management positions that would pay significantly more money.

  3. Just what we need, a nurse who can give you the business.  How do you plan to combine the two skills?
