Would a cr250r beat a ninja 250 in a straight up drag race??

Question

I think it probly would considering the cr250r is 2-stroke and the ninja is 4-stroke but the ninja is a street bike and wouldnt it be tuned for racing more than the cr250r??What do you think??

nope. my kid races a 150R which is roughly equivalent to an 85cc 2stroke and in an 1/8th mile drag the 150R would smoke a stock  250cc ninja. in a 1/4 mile the ninja would pass the 150R but not a 250cc 2stroke. the problem is weight to horsepower. a stock ninja makes only about 30-32 hp and weighs 320 pounds a 150R around 22-24 hp and only 160 pounds but it lacks the top end gearing to do more than about 50-60 mph. on the other han a 250cc 2stroke makes 40+ hp and weighs less than 250 pounds. the ninja also takes a while to se 80 mph

Depends on who was driving. If it were me vs. my grandma, then the bike my gram was on would win. She crazy on a crotch rocket. But seriously a CR250's top speed is only like 60-70 mph so if the track is a eighth or quarter mile the ninja would win. Unless you changed the gearing, then the CR would probably win because it's a lot lighter.
