Try it and find out!  Everyone has different tastes.  I prefer peanut butter.  Give it a shot.  If you don't like it, then no.  If you do, then yes!  Experiment with food.  You'll find more combinations that you never thought of.  Have fun with your food.  If the apple and pudding don't go well together, eat each by themselves....

Sounds delicious.  I've had gourmet chocolate dipped apples before & they are amazing.  I bet the combination would be something like that.
