I have been experiencing pain on the heel of my left foot for a couple of weeks. I think it MAY be circulation related. BUT I am not sure. I notice both feet are sore when I get up in the morning. Then after I walk for awhile it seems to go away. The pain is fairly strong and like a deep soreness on the bottom of my feet.

  1. I AM NOT a Dr but I know Tingling or Numbness in Your Hands, Legs or Feet is a symptom of diabetes, not just soreness.

  2. Yes, the pain is likely from the diabetes. Diabetics need to take extra care of their face. bathing helps the pain. make sure you check the bottom of your feet for sores or infections and inform doctor about the pain. keep feet clean with clean socks. they make some very comfy socks for diabetics. just ask the pharmacist about them. if your doctor doesn't know that diabetics have problems with their feet then get a better doctor. Make sure you Doctor is at least an Internist. A doctor of internal medicine. I hope this helps you.

  3. Yes. Pain to the feet is common. See a podiatrist regularly.

  4. Im almost positive that that is NOT diabetes.

  5. My mom is diabetic

and she had pain and soreness (numbness) ON THE Bottom of her feet.

    especially her toes.

    try to move them around...

    give them massages.

put your feet in warm water.

but i do reccomend to go to your doctor.

he could probably help you more than anybody here would.
