have likely been recruited to organizations in 1987 ?

That being so, is it likely anyone who was not a "fit and proper person" to be developing safety-critical software might have been employed in 1987 and thereafter caused mayhem ?

  1. That's an example of Murphy's law. People needed to anticipate the possibility and take preventive action.


  2. Are you  saying that  you would like to blame the people , in the age group of around 45 years , who have such  aberrations , what you call sexual orientation?   What is that 'mahem ' that you have witnessed? Has that affected your life in your working environment?

    There has been a marked shift in sexual freedom in the last 20 years and the liberalisation is alien to many on the 40+ age group and utterly unacceptable to the 60+ age group. But that does not mean a thing?

    Today s*x is more like having a cup of coffee together.
