Would a dog with parvo drink water?

I'm waiting for my ride to the vet right now,my 8month old dog has been throwing up foaming looking stuff and has had diarrhea but no blood in either one.she is always in my back yard that i have a bunch of fruit trees in and she's always eating them.do you think it could be fruit or parvo? she won't eat but she will drink lots of water.

my dog has parvo... my boyfriend and i took her to the vet yesterday and they gave us the home treatment for it. the Vet said that her survival rate was only 10% and that we should just put her down but i dont give up that easily. she was down for almost 5 hours just resting and now she is doing everything she can to get to the toilet to drink. should i give her water this soon?
