Would a helio ocean or a mylo 2 be the better phone?

i am looking to get a nother phone because my peble is on its last days. (as in it will not work at all because it was droped it in my sink while washing my face)

the mylo 2 and the helio ocean where the ones that caught my eye. witch one should i get and if there are any other phones out there that might be better?

Sorry, but the Mylo2 is not a phone, it just a mobile device, that allows you to go on the net, listen to music, and watch video.

I would also suggest looking at the this phone.(also know as the htc S720). Has no wi-fi but has a lot of the same features as the ocean, can get aim, msn, yahoo, skype, and other stuff.

And the more powerful relative S730. Same phone as the S720 but adds wifi(for wireless internet with out using your data minutes), a nice design, better camera and a front facing camera for video chat on skype, aim and others.
