  1. No!

  2. no, torque the plug in right, & get a new plug, my dads truck has only thrown a plug once, & it was the wrong size(sob's @ autozone did it)

  3. Buy a NEW spark plug AND a thread repair kit for it... follow instructions. Hope this works or you are looking at removing the haed for repairs.

  4. no it won't cause that. sounds like the hole has been stripped a couple to many times. good luck

  5. You rethreaded the spark plug and tapped the head? You should put in a NEW spark plug and install a healy coil into the head after cleaning the threads with a tap. If the spark plug keeps blowing out, then it sounds like you havent done so.

  6. No you will have to look at your fuel feed ,for your engine is running hot

  7. No, it will not. When you rethreaded the hole did you just chase the threads, or did you actually ream and tap the hole to a larger size and install an insert?

You may need to try something like this if you haven't already:

I've installed lots of those inserts into aluminum heads and they work great.
