I have a frozen quiche we didnt get to eat frozen. Would it be okay to eat it now - 3-4 weeks later?

  3. Sure it should be fine. However; I would preheat the oven and put it in the oven straight from the freezer. Do not thaw it first. Eggs tend to sweat and if you thaw it first it will likely turn out rubbery when reheated.
