  1. what you need is a nice bowl of soup  curry you are not in a hurry

  2. Probably not, they put a lot of cream in Curry's and dairy makes a cold worse.

  3. Not too sure about the curry but a couple of bottles of wine seem to have mine under control, xx

  4. I always go for a good hot curry when I have a cold. It helps unblock your nose and you can actually taste it where most things taste like cardboard when you have a cold.

    Go for it!!

  5. Yes dairy makes a cold worse. The best thing to do is take some cayenne pepper to help drain your sinuses so you don't get a headache.

Sweating a fever out is the best thing however you don't want to go too long with the fever because then it can get dangerous.

This is what I do and really works. I take ALJ every 2 hours until symptoms are gone. I also take VSC every 3 times a day. I then will get tei fu oil and rub it on my chest and back to open my air passages. Then no water just orange juice and to help even some vitamin c tablets in the juice. It will help raise your ph level in your body so high the virus can't survive.

This is also safe to give to children also.

  6. Yes spicy food encourages your nose to run which will clear your cold faster.
