I think a diner with comfort-type foods, sort of like the "blue plate specials" and have a meat loaf sandwich as your specialty...sounds good to me!

Well, that could be your specialty and your trademark, but you must make other items to stay in business. I would make other sandwiches and maybe have a couple soups each day.

I love love love meat loaf sandwiches but don't think I would eat one everyday. You may have to add somethings to your menu.
