The stomach is an internal organ and no one would see such a thing unless she had her abdomen splayed open.  Children are carried in the womb or uterus and not the stomach.   I've seen this before.

if it moves you, then yes. However, it would be better if there were caricatures of the Supreme Court standing around her handcuffed and a copy of "her rights" either torn in half on the ground or on fire.

It's sensationalist if anything — it's more propaganda than art. In this case, the woman is nothing but a vehicle for your message. The message is that someone else sees it as a crime and someone else slaps on the crime tape to an act that the woman probably legally opted for herself. As the viewer, I see it as a statement to how uncaring to women the anti-abortion-rights zealots are.
