well...thats hard to say because in law terms if the guy is over 18 then that can be trouble and the girl parents probably wont apporve but if the guy is like 16 and the girl is 14 thats totally fine but over age i wouldnt risk it the parents can probably call the cops as long as the guy and girl only do friend things not including kissing and ya...i hope i kinda helped..

Definitely not while they're that age. If the girl was 14 and the boy was 16... it's not impossible, but not very likely. But like, ten years later for them, when they're 24 & 26, those two years won't be such a big deal.

Still, it's not morally correct (and if the guy is 18, 19 it's not even legal).

However, my brother dated someone one 1/2 years younger in his junior year. Albeit, he dated the girl out of pity, so it wasn't a serious relationship.

But based on the guy's preference? No. While teenage boys are not the epitome of mental maturity, they don't date someone so much younger. They prefer someone closer to their maturity level.
