Would a perm be right for me?

I have shoulder-length layered never-been colored hair. I want soft loose wave. Also I have preetty strong side bangs. The picture is sort of what I had in mind. Should I go for it?

i think you should go for it but a perm is for strong curls...this style is used with a curling iron (most likely) you could ask your stylist what you should do to get the look you would like or ask them to show you how to style it yourself

If I were you, I'd use a curling iron and do it myself (just to see how it looks). If you like how it looks, then get a perm.
