I am really curious if America would pay for an extradition of a person who had an argument with his own father in a family court and then jumped bail and fled to his own country? The person is a non-citizen and his green card is also expired. Why would american society pay for this person to be brought back to the States, feed him in jail, and then deport him back to his home country???

  1. American society would not do that.  Like that's worth it in the least.

  2. Not a chance.

Only major offenders with major criminal offenses are extradited from other countries.
