Would a small bussiness want to sponsor a 13 year old kid in a bass tourney?

it depends on  how big is the tourney also how many mour torneys are you goin to enter.

Why don't you go to a small business that caters to kids (like pizza places, arcades, and movie theaters) and ask them?
