  1. Maybe.... To be considered to be a photo ID some states require the ID to contain some of the following:  your full name, a photo, a description (ie: Hair color/ Eye color etc...) a date of issue and an expiration date.

    It does depend on what state your in... Where I was a police officer (Illinois) all of those were required at the time.
