  1. why would i want to eat a rotting dead carcass?

  2. depends on what king of natural cause.

Most likely no b/c the only way I would is if it died of old age, that would be the only safe way.

But really, no, I don't think I would anyways b/c I don't believe we are meant to eat meat.

  3. eating an animal that has died from something, even old age,  does not sound appealing, even to non vegetarians

  4. no, because your still eating an animal.

When you die from a natural cause, like heart failure, would you want your body eaten? Or would you want it buried/cremated?

  5. No. Because it's still meat.

  6. No thats kind of gross! and it goes against the theory many believe in that humans weren't meant to eat meat.

  7. I am a meat eater and I would not eat that.

  8. Number 1- Those would not be vegitarians

Number 2- That would be called organic meat (died without any human infulennce)

  9. i wouldn't......but eating meat is both a moral AND religious issue for me.  i don't believe that i should consume meat regardless of the method of death.

  10. Uh, no.  "Natural causes" would mean pretty much accident or disease.  If you're not talking about roadkill, you're talking about sick animals.  Meat's not food to me so why would I want to eat something even grosser than a healthy animal?

  11. It would have to be an absolute life or death situation -  but I certainly would'nt like it, or think, oh yeah, i miss this! I find it repugnant, so it would be like having to eat a human being. But in a situation like that I would certainly consider all other options first. I like animals better than most people I encounter on a daily basis. But even if it died of natural causes, and not some cruel horrible death, i wouldn't want to consume it for any reason other than it being a life or death situation.

  12. No, that's disgusting. Why would I want to eat dead flesh, no matter how it died?

  13. I'm vegetarian more for health reasons than ethical ones, so I wouldn't eat an animal no matter how it died. If it died from natural causes, then it would most likely have a disease, in which case it's even more unhealthy than eating one killed for food. Also, I don't like the taste or texture of meat anyway, and I don't see animals as food.

  14. No, I just find it nasty anyways.

  15. Not unless I knew EXACTLY what it died from and EXACTLY when it died.

You aren't talking about road kill are you?

  16. Although the animal didn't suffer i think personally i couldn't do it because i see the face not the meat. I think theres nothing wrong for meat eaters to eat animals that have died of old age like a cow who has lived for 20+ yrs not a few months like they are today

  17. No.

I'd prefer it, so long as I couldn't catch anything off of it, but I still wouldn't eat him/her unless my life depended on it.

Firstly, I do not like meat.

Secondly, it would be legitimization of eating regular meat.

Thrirdly, there are alternatives to eating meat.

  18. well for a vegan. its like digin up that animals grave.and eating it alive. and animals dont allways die from natural causes. farmer kill them. like pigs, they shred them. cows, they shred them. and chickens they chop off there heads and use there bodies. so yeah.

  19. In theory, maybe. In reality, no way that'd be disgusting! Ha.

    And I'm vegan.

  20. No, chances are the animal is still chemical filled. I wouldn't eat it. It would be disgusting as the animal is either sick or was knocked down.

  21. respect for the dead is all I have to say about the matter. No I would not. s***w all you sick and preverted meat eaters.

  22. No. And I don't think there is such a thing as death by natural cause. Old Age? That's still a deterioration of the body and therefore not healthy to be eaten eat.

  23. no

  24. no because the thought of eating somethings flesh is still disgusting to me.

  25. If anyone did they wouldn't be vegetarian so the question makes no sense.

  26. No matter how the animal died, I would not eat meat.

  27. Interesting question, but no, because I have chosen not to eat meat for ethical reasons and my love for animals.

  28. Nope.
