UMMM...ya, cruises usually go to the Caribbean and it's 80 degrees year round there so, why not!

Alot of people do....it's very common.

We sell more winter cruises to people from the northern US than anything else.  Summer cruises are fun but why leave hot weather to go to hot weather when you can go from cold winter to instant summer in the Caribbean.
