And why are you wanting and willing to do this destructive behavior? Do you have some energy to release? Go punch a punching bag at the gym to get your frustrations out. And why do you want people to watch you? That sounds a bit off the wall to me.  Scream into your pillow to release that energy built up in you. And don't invite others to watch you do it. Just do it.
