Would anyone buy a signed copy of a book that's addressed to a particular first name?

I won two prizes that are exactly the same from different magazines. It was bizarre. I got one a few weeks ago and then the same today except from a different magazine. Anyway, I don't need two, and was wondering if anyone would buy it. It's signed to my name, but it's a fairly common name so I don't know. Help? Thanks
