Would anyone know the starting salary for a Certified Coding Associate?

I'm thinking about going back to school next year to study Medical Coding/Billing. I would love to take this program, so I can get entry-level certification (CCA). Would anyone know what the salary is for this career? Thanks.

I would really reconsider as there aren't too many jobs for the medical biller or coder (or medical assistant) despite what those private $$ schools say :)  The coder usually needs a few years experience doing coding tasks as well as certification(s) to possibly get a job.

If deciding on training, please opt for the more affordable school such as the county vo-tech school or community college (perhaps non-credit course) as long as it's accredited within the industry.
