Would anyone like to sponsor me to walk the 3-peaks of the Peak District?

I'm walking the 3-peaks on the 5th of July 2008 to raise money for my little baby nephew who was born last year with Apert Syndrome. He needs countless operations and want to help him in any way that I can.

To be honest I think it may be better to try to get people from your workplace, or where you live, or any clubs etc that you socalise within

The problem is that on Y!A there are so many scammers out for any opportunity (not suggesting for a second that you are) that at least the regulars wise up and become sceptical of all posts as a result.  Therefore face-to-face works a lot better, even if it is just walking about all the local pubs to drum up some people

I wish you much luck.  I have two little ones (nearly 2 years old and six months) so I think what you are doing is truely lovely and really sweet.  I don't live in the UK so changing money over and transfering abroad would cost an awful lot otherwise I would go for it (scam or not :0)
