  1. Cayo Coco! This is a favourite of mine!

Tryp Cayo Coco is an amazing resort. Beautiful place. It's an open concept from the entrance to reception all the way down through the resort. Caribbean-style design, open, bright, breezy...not dark and closed in.

It's very easy to find your way throughout the resort as well.

The staff is amazing all around and the Entertainment Team are awesome people. They will make your stay fun and get you having a great time. You'll make amazing friends...I have many friends there.

The food and accomodations are excellent...the Beach Grill, the a la carte restaurants and the buffet are excellent...the bartenders are so much fun...the shows are entertaining...there is a lot to do but very easy to relax as well.

Many water activities and many day trips to choose from as well.

The water is gorgeous! Three shades of clear turquoise and the sand is soft and white. Simply beautiful

    Good luck!

  2. I very much enjoyed Blau Colonial.  It is right next door to the Tryp,  Tropicale's favorite, in fact at one time they were all one  resort.  Below is my review which I posted on tripadvisor. It is a wonderful area, great beach, quiet and just about perfect.  Whichever you  select, have a wonderful time.

Here are a couple of links for the resort...it's a 4.5* and I just love this place.

**EDIT: hmnnn Korn Dawg, can't seem to find your own words?? lol

Yes, Richard K's right about Tryp and Blau being one big hotel in the beginning...about 5-6 years ago they separated and became two resorts...you can walk right through to either resort. It's more Spanish Colonial style at Blau.

  5. Yes.  Great deals out of Canada
