Question:

Would being blindfolded for a few days increase vision???

I was just thinking about this (I have bad eyesight).

Blinking is good for you, opening and closing yoru eyes every several seconds is good for your eyes, and so is palming, when you shut your eyelids and rest your palms oin them for a couple minutes, to rest the eyes and increase circulation.

Sooooo, if I was blindfolded for a week or two, after takign off the blindfold, would I see any better than I did before?? My guess is it would help my vision, but I do not know.

I wish I could try this but I NEED MY EYES, all the time. Then again, if I suddenly lost vision, I would have to live with it, just like if I lost a leg or something.

  1. Palming helps because it relaxes vision and the mind. The palms bring warmth and and energy and darkness in contrast to light. For some people they are so tense and tight that palming does not help.

Relaxation is a key to natural perfect eyesight but if a person doesn't know the correct vision behaviors, they will most often go back to the incorrect vision habits after they do a self healing activity like palming.

Blinking every two to three seconds is healthy. People who wear artificial corrections(glasses and contacts) tend to blink much less and have very heavy strained blinking.

Bottom line, we can do as many self healing activities we can for our vision but if we don't change the way we use our eyes, mind, and body together, they will be a waste of time. On the other hand it doesn't take much(no palming marathons necessary) in the way of self healing activities to supplement and speed up relearning to see clearly and naturally.

Those who want to return to natural perfect eyesight can start by reading the best books. I have a referral reward link to one of the best books on Amazon on my website. A good teacher can accelerate things dramatically. I also have a link to a list of natural eyesight improvement teachers around the world on my website. They are both on my about page.

  2. Well I did hear that if you're in complete darkness for a week you go blind because your retina stops to work.. but if you're sure it does you can cover up on eye at a time. That way if you do go blind at least you still see

  3. Don't be silly, it would just make your eyes more sensitive to light for awhile, then they would go back to normal.

Palming makes no more difference than having your eyes closed for the night either...
