yes, BUT the bangs have to go well with the rest of the haircut in order to look good. I don't think the bangs you want would go well with the hairstyle in the photo you gave

i think blunt bangs would look pretty on you but i really like your hair the way it is, it flatters you better that blunt bangs would. and i like your hair color but the other color would also look really good. so whatever you wanna do will look great.

yes it would, you have a round or oval face (i'm not sure witch becuase of the pic's angle) and blunt bangs would look good but, if you get them i would use a barrel brush to bring them out a little when you style
