  2. I think burning most candles releases toxins of some sort. Beeswax candles don't though.

  3. it may not be bad for your health but it could cause some major build up in your chimney and are you thinking to burn them like firewood or just to add a nice mood in the room.Occasionally  having candles in the fireplace wouldn't be bad but i wouldn't do it on a regular basis it may also affect your house insurance if a fire did happen

  4. depends what kind of candles.. most candles are made from Paraffin Wax, a Petroleum based product...

    these are NEVER good for you...

    eg Yankee Candles and most candles you buy...

    Some cheap candles have LEAD in their wick - which is also harmful..

    SOY and BEESWAX candles are the ONLY ones safe for you.... BEESWAX being the most environmentally friendly and they burn 20% longer...

  5. I love soy candles, from KissMyFace and a local business which manufactures them.  They are cleaner and better for you!  I love them.
