Would changes made to a contract, after contract signing, be likely to be correct ?

The book "Collins Class Submarine Story: Steel, Spies and Spin" suggested to me that an enormous amount of effort went into the project before the contract was signed.

So don't we have the problem "On a difficult question, the majority is unlikely to be correct? " (attributed to Descartes)

Most, perhaps every one, of the changes made to the contract, after contract signing, may probably be incorrect.

  1. yes, they are more likely to be improvements. however, maybe the people who have already signed the contract wouldn't have knowledge of or wouldn't approve with the changes
