If I had a Croatian Friend mailing a box with 5 highlighters inside and 5 of those highlighters inside would be 10 $100 USD bills the total would be $5,000.Would customs law enforcement be able to detect 10 $100bills inside a blue highlighter being inside a box?

Would they do or suspect or detect anything if my Croatian friend continuously shipped a box of 5 highlighters, each highlighter having 10 $100 USD dollar bills in total being $5,000?

If they found out that there is in total $5,000USD inside would the do anything?Since it's below $10,000USD according to the law
