if someone smoked for a long period of time(weed) and then stop, lets say in JAN. and at the end of JAN or the first week of Feb, your urine is clean.

now, in the first week of Feb, you cut your hair(not bald, just low),let it grow out long enough for the test and the hair test is in april or may. again, if the urine is clean, would the hair that grows two months later be clean?(with gettng hair cuts in between)

  1. The average life of a hair is about 3 years.

No matter how many times you cut a hair, it still has it's root, and so keeping the evidence of weed there.

So no, three months would not do it.  You'd have to get every hair up by the root.

  2. im not sure but it seems likely that it would be gone

  3. Nope.  They test at the root.  GNC sells something that will help leach it out though.  Good luck sweetie and do me a favor: stay off the bong pipe! Hee hee...

  4. Don't cut your hair! A great way to get rid of anything in your system is to buy from http://www.directdetox.com I have used them in the past and the service is awesome. Family run operation that understands how you feel and how much privacy is a concern. Fantastic place, I can't say enough about it!

  5. No. The particles that they are looking for stay at tha base of the hair and keep spitting into it for a long time. It could take years before your hair is clean.

Shouldn't have smoked it... all these kids I know have and are panicking because now it's time for their first job and they know they won't be able to pass it for YEARS, and they have to keep looking!

  6. I can't answer that but I can tell you a sure fire way to have the test come out clean: DON'T SMOKE WEED!
