  1. There COULD be damage.  The greatest danger would be overheating.  The cooling system would need to be thoroughly flushed and refilled.

  2. It probably won't hurt it but I would flush the cooling system just because that's not what's supposed to be in there. It gives you a good reason to flush the cooling system before winter. How much was put in there?

  3. Depends on how much you put in it. If it was a small amount you should be fine. You should be able to remove the coolant reservoir and empty it and start over if you put alot in it.

  4. how much was missing

    1/2 a cup

    drain reservoir not prob

if rad was empty then u will over heat engine

    flush engine refill new coolant

    windshield washer fluid foam

  5. Not much but I'd still flush it and put in a good mix of distilled water and antifreeze.

  6. No. You could just drain the reservoir out....but no it shouldnt hurt anything.

Be glad coolant wasn't added to the washer fluid, Anti-freeze is a mess on a winshield. It smears and never dry's.
