  1. yes  for sure

  2. yes. hopefully he can lead the mavericks to at least a championship. I won't be satisfied with dirk winning a championship when he's 37 or 38 being a role player and only playing like 5 minutes per game.

  3. -He is still border line HOF bound.

-Another MVP or a championship would make him a lock, but if he retired today, I doubt he would make it.

  4. Maybe if he can prove that he can lead his team to a championship. Mark Cuban needs to surround him with better players. But he has been MVP so he has some credentials which proves he is a good player and may one day be considered for the hall of fame, i think he stands an even better chance since he is from Europe. There are not many European guys, if any, that have won MVP award in the NBA.

  5. Only if he leads the Mavericks, or some other team, to a championsip.

  6. It all matters this seasons, if Rick Carlisle does a good job, and Dirk leads them there to the champions, then yes. (GO MAVS!)

  7. If he dosent "lead" a team to a nba championship he probably wont, also him and the mavericks getting knocked off by Golden State does not help as well especially that year they were the "favorities", but yeah if he does get nba champion ship most likely he will be in the hall of fame. He played like c**p vs the warriors that year and they were top seed vs the 8th seed in the west, but you can make a good argument on whether he should be in the hall of fame or not just remember there were many "greater" players and it dosent mean **** that he is the first german to be in the nba or whatever.

  8. It's hard to tell because the HOF includes all of basketball and isn't as tilted towards the NBA as fan population is.  That and Dirk hasn't won a championship or done a few things that some inductees have done.

On the other hand, math is on Dirk's side.  So far, every eligible MVP has made the HOF.

  9. of course. first european player to win nba mvp.

  10. Of course

he is one of the best PF to ever play the game

  11. Yeah. Only because of his MVP award which he shouldn't have won.

    "a great defender"

    LOL

  12. Yea I think so, hes has an MVP and has been a 3 time All-NBA First Teamer. Hes probably going to have total nmbers close to about 22,000-24,000 points with 8,000-9,000 rebounds. Hes also probably the best shooting 7 footer/PF of all-time.

  13.        he probably will as time passes by but for right now to me he doesnt seem hof worthy but its no doubt he`s a very good player.

  14. yea

  15. Of course.

  16. yes no doubt

  17. yes. He's the best shooting 7 footer, a great defender, rebounder, and all around player. It would be wrong not to induct him in the NBA.

  18. Dirk is a lock for the HOF. It's a no-brainer.

The ones who doubt it just don't know basketball.
