  1. I'm already married and I don't think my wife would let me.

    Plus it would be illegal.

  2. Here is a site with all kinds of info about the moon. Scroll down a little more than half way to see a list of years where the moon was full on Friday 13th:

  3. actually, taht sounds pretty badass and cool. lol.

    oddly enough, i believe friday the 13th is good luck for me. all my friends tend to have worse luck than usual.

    i remember my friend got her hand cut open by twisting open her water bottle cap(the weirdest way to cut your hand, huh?)

    while my other friend lost ten bucks out of nowhere.

    all on friday the 13th. and i was just standing there, waiting for something to happen to me. but nothing ever did.

    and about the full moon, i love it too. it makes people a bit nuttier, a bit more unpredictable. a bit more SPONTANEOUS. but at the same time, it's kinda freaky how weird people are on full moon nights.

  4. I don't know if it was a full moon the day I married. Actually it rained;-)

    But I did get married on Friday the 13th, October 2006. We met on Friday, May 13th, 2005.

    We are still married, All is ok...and superstition was my husband's middle name. (Russians tend to be).

    So my answer is yes.....but I don't have issues with the day of the month or week.

  5. 13 is not an unlucky number ! IS A SACRED NUMBER

    The symbolic meaning of number thirteen receives a shady interpretation in Norse myth, when an honorary banquet was held in Valhalla for Baldur (god of nobility, redemption and admirable strength) among other twelve Norse gods. Loki (the trickster) came to the banquet as the uninvited thirteenth guest. Afterwards, we learn Baldur was slain by Höðr who, to execute the god, was given a magic spear by Loki.

    Similarly, the darker symbolism of thirteen continues in its Christian association with the Last Supper. Twelve disciples and the Christ, formed a group of thirteen to share the last meal. Here, thirteen is seen as a foreboding omen as we learn of Christ’s fate after the gathering.

    However, one may also consider the opposite, and recognize the enlightened guests, Christ and Baldur as the thirteenth entities. This brings about a heightened perception of the number and lends symbolism of:

        * Ascension

        * Resurrection

        * Enlightenment

    In ancient Greece Zeus was counted as the thirteenth, and most powerful god. Here the associations of Zeus give the number thirteen symbolic meanings such as:

        * Totality

        * Completion

        * Power

        * Realization

        * Attainment

  6. nope.

    on my mom& stepdads wedding day in abaco, bahamas they saw each other( the town is tinyyy and everyone drives golfcarts, they were pretty much expecting to see each other), which you know is a little wedding superstition and that day the guy carrying the cake off the ferry to the island got struck by lightining and dropped it haha. also, it started raining & they were getting married on the beach! (but eventually quit) andddd, there were ants everywhereeee on the beach. and, it was the hottest day in months, like 100 degrees. made me reconsider superstition!!

  7. of course no........ why to live afraid because of a superstition.

  8. i did, but everyone full moon i turn into a werewolf with a chainsaw
