last summer i had lost about 40 lbs, then gained about 15 back this summer; i seriously can't tell whether i'm fat or if i just feel like a whale because of the quick loss then gain. i'm 5'4 and weight 138.how can i lose around ten lbs? no matter what i do it doesn't seem like anything is working; including exercise. i've been looking at fasts but don't know if it would be beneficial to start a diet or not.
