Question:

Would fasting or some kind of flush be beneficial in this situation?

last summer i had lost about 40 lbs, then gained about 15 back this summer; i seriously can't tell whether i'm fat or if i just feel like a whale because of the quick loss then gain. i'm 5'4 and weight 138.

how can i lose around ten lbs? no matter what i do it doesn't seem like anything is working; including exercise. i've been looking at fasts but don't know if it would be beneficial to start a diet or not.

    I can personally recommend weight loss hypnosis.

    I've used the Rapid Weight Loss Binaural hypnosis program and found the weight literally dropped of me! In a month I lost 14 pounds just by listening to this program daily and what was really weird is I stopped craving sugary foods and started to want to eat healthily!
