No it wouldnt be dull at all in my mind, but i do have sympathy for all those Man Utd fans who just had to put that thought into their mind! (scary thoughts ay?)

Quite the opposite, I think it would thrive. Remove the prawn sandwich brigade and you're left with real football fans. United Red Sox may aswell just move to the far east anyway, you're just a tourist attraction for them. Where as you're completely unloved and not wanted by Britain.

Football would continue to exist without Manchester United, and  Manchester United would continue to exist without football - let's be honest, it's just a "brand" anyway, attracting the non-too-savvy, most of whom would not even notice it had gone!

In UK yes. In Europe? Psh hardly. We would miss ManU, dnt get me wrong, but 3 CL wins and only 2 in the last 10 years is not that much to miss.
