Why don't you meet a girl you like, get to know her, go out on a date with her and see what she likes? Who cares what the girls online think, they aren't the ones who are going to be dating you.

As a girl myself, I can definitely say that those are major things I looked for in guys before I met my boyfriend (respect, polite, honest, compassionate). I can't speak for all girls, but i do know that most girls do not want to date men who will treat them like dirt. Honestly you sound like a great guy that any girl I'm sure would love to date!! :)
