Would having our kitten spade make more friendly to us?

No, it will only keep the pet population down.

Nope....if she's not already friendly, spaying her won't change that.  There's not much that changes after spaying a cat except the really annoying periods when they're in heat.

Spaying may make the cat more docile and easier to handle but it won't make it like you any more or less. That is something the two of you will have to work out on your own.
