I have a lot of fat gathered on my lower belly. Would hoola hooping help loose it? How much should i hoola hoop everyday??

  1. It would not help any more than any other aerobic activity. It is not possible to "target" certain parts of your body for fat loss. Some exercises for the belly will actually make it look bigger because it will add muscle to the fat.

  4. it will inasmuch as it is exercising but targeted weight loss(exercising abdominal area to get rid of fat there)doesn't work. your body will decide where it uses fat from. by the way, you want to lose weight not loose weight lose=opposite of gain, loose=opposite of tight

  7. It depends on your genetics. Some people lose weight mainly in their arms, some people lose weight mainly in their legs. Isolating one muscle group (in your case, abs) wont help you lose weight in that one section, but it will help you gain muscle. you could do 500 crunches a day and lose all the weight in your thighs. However, your stomach muscles would get very strong. Your best bet is to find a workout that works for you and be consistent.  Even if you dont lose weight in your stomach at first, after a while, you will eventually lose weight in your problem area

  8. Hoola Hooping is good for the Waist.

    It can help lose belly fat. But i suggest that you Run outside and then Walk, Run again for a short period of time, then walk, then run again and so on. It helps..
