Would hydrogen peroxide hurt or help my piercings?

My piercings get infected really easily and i was just wondering if i should try hydrogen peroxide on them or if that would do more damage. (im mainly talking about my cartlidge and tragus piercings.)

I find Hydrogen Peroxide works great for piercings. I usually disinfect with it, then use rubbing alcohol to wipe away debris

Definitely do not use peroxide.

I'm saying this because of the fact that not only does it kill all bad bacteria, but it kills the good kind (that helps heal your piercings) too.

Try using Bactine or Sea Salt.
