i way 170 i bench 300 third year lifting and my orginal positon was d-end now i want to play linebacker

how tall are you? how old are you? jv/var? speed? Its really up to you. the great thing about sports is you can play every position differently. If you wanna be a line backer, go be one, don't wait for somebody to tell you your good. Practice hard and be great.
