dye the top of the fake hair a darker blonde then as it goes to the bottom make it a lighter color.

If your asking how to get the over-all style i believe you would have to go to a salon, ask for blonde extentions [if your hairs already dark brown]

It also looks like she has subtle layers.

Straighten your hair and put rollers in it [not for curls, but for volume]

Try putting in anti-frizz cream as well so your hair looks real sleak.

im not sure what you mean, but they both have lighter pieces of hair against brown, so i think you mean that. unless you get extentions, which is fake, i dont know what else you could do. you could just go bleach some streaks of hair too. i like that hair too :]
