Would i be able to play clup volleyball at college if my high school didnt offer male volleyball?

im in high school and i love playing volleyball, i play in many random beach tournaments in the summer as well as with freinds a bunch... in the winter time i play a few times a week consistently... my high school doesnt have a guys volleyball team but i would love to play club at college next year... is this realistic, do i need to work hard to meet any standards, any thoughts? thanks for the help-

Not all colleges have club volleyball, but if the one you are going to attend does, ask someone in the Athletic Department about who their coach is. Most clubs have open tryouts - and keep large rosters. If you have some skill you should get a chance to play! search YouTube for NIRSA Mens volleyball and yoou will get to see some of the top clubs in action....

It shouldn't matter whether or not you play in high school.  All that would really matter is whether or not you have the skill and the desire.  If your school has conditioning, like mine, get some information to see whether or not you can attend.  There should be a coach there that can help you with your skills and get you in great shape.  I know thats what mine does!  Good luck and have FUN!!
