Why would you?  It is not exactly a tactical round.  If you are doing it to hunt varmints at night (legally), then yes, you should be able to find such an attachment.  For sure you can get a scope mounted spotlight.  These can be obtained at any of the major hunting stores.

There are quite a few universal barrel mounts out there

It would be harder to use one on a gun with a tube magazine

Rat hunting is one of the best reasons but so is night time nuisance hunting

ya you could probably find an attachment but why?  22 isn't the best defense gun out there.
